Pa Reuben Fasoranti, elder statesman and former leader of Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, has declared that National Leader of All Progressives Congress, APC Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has all what it takes to rule Nigeria.

Pa Reuben Fasoranti  told members of South West Agenda for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (SWAGA 23), who paid him a courtesy visit in his country home in Akure that the National Leader of APC deserves to be President in 2023.

“Tinubu has all it takes to rule Nigeria. Considering his activities and track record, he deserves to be President, come 2023.

“May his prayers be answered. When he gets there, he will do all we want,” he said.

According to the Afenifere leader, with Tinubu as president, all the prayers of Afenifere for Nigeria will be answered, particularly on the issue of restructuring and federalism.

Earlier, Prince Dayo Adeyeye the Chairman and Coordinator of SWAGA, said Yoruba must unite and speak with one voice, ahead of 2023 presidential race.

He urged the Yoruba not to divide its house ahead of the presidential election.

The former minister for works said that more than 50 traditional rulers across the six states of the South-West geopolitical zone had been visited for their royal blessings.

He added that presidency would be zoned to the South in 2023, which could be any zone, hence the need to quickly start the movement for Yoruba to unite.

“Tinubu has all it takes to rule the country, being a detribalised Nigerian who loves the masses and is blessed with enormous wisdom,” he said.

Adeyeye however, stated that the team was not sent by Tinubu, but that it decided to take up the role, having found the former Lagos governor worthy because of his leadership quality.

  1. Papa Fasoranti’s age prevented me from speaking my mind but that’s his opinion about Frog eyed Tinubu. By the grace of God Tinubu will be disgraced.

  2. Yinka Odumakin, can you see? Barely 4 days after your departure.

Please if possible, intercede on our behalf in Heaven. Things have gone from bad to worse in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  3. For the fact that Pa Reuben Fasoranti is an elderly person, I will respect him by talking kindly to him in the mind of a Minister for which I am. It is said, ‘Every person must respect his mother and his father’ (Leviticus 19:3), and it says, ‘God your Lord you shall respect, Him you shall serve’ (Deuteronomy 10:20). Here the same word, respect, is used. The Torah equates the respect you owe your parents with the respect you must show God.
Peter 5:5. In the same way, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. All of you clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. … However, in this passage, he turns to the younger generations and tells them to listen to the elders.
But from what Pa Rasoranti has said about Tinubu he has said it selfishly without taking into consideration of the suffering of Nigerians and the damages Tinubu has done to many people. Tinubu is not a good candidate for Nigeria as a President and he cannot be. Tinubu is an evil man coloured with wickedness.

    • Thou shall not judge Mr Minister. He may be evil to you but to God he may be a saint. I lost respect for any religion because of the way you people go about it in Nigeria. You mentioned the sacred name of GOD for fantasy, pure fantasy and to seek revenge against anyone. Religion is now a joke. The damage you people are doing with your religion is where we are today. What damage has Tinudu done that is greater than your pastors who selfishly flew about in private jet without taking into consideration of the suffering of poor church goers who put in their tithe in the name of God.
Is Tinubu richer than Atiku, Ibori, Saraki, Babangida, Kalu, Obi and others? He has never rule the country then what damage has he done to the people of Imo, Zamfara, Sokoto, Enugu and other states. You committed a greater offence in using verses from the holy book in saying what you cannot defend. Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. Don’t judge anyone through hearsay. We cannot all be equal. It is almighty God that can judge you and me because he is the “Omnipotent”. Lastly you have every right like Tinubu to contest for the presidency and it is your fundamental human rights to vote or not to vote for anyone. It is Baba Fasoranti fundamental human rights to support whoever he wants and you are not in position to go against it. With all the noise from Baba Obasanjo of all the atrocities committed by Atiku some people and a tribe voted for him massively in the last election and no one condemn it. Is Atiku saint Michael in your book? Stop having nightmare because of Tinubu. He is a Nigeria and has every right to seek for any elective post.
