Tinubu should be rewarded with presidency, says Reps member, Hunpe

Nigerians have been urged to throw their weight behind the projected presidential ambition of Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

A member of the House of Representatives, Babatunde Hunpe, representing Badagry Federal Constituency, made this while speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.

According to the lawmaker, Nigerians should reward Tinubu with the presidency, adding that the former Lagos Governor should be supported because he has paid his dues.

He said: “So, what we should do to reward him now is to support him, if he wants to contest the 2023 presidential election.

“We are doing this because of our individual interest, but this is not the best as it cannot take us anywhere.

“Tinubu has paid his dues, he has done a lot for this country, and if the man comes out that he wants anything, I want to appeal to all Nigerians to support him.”

Hunpe’s remark is coming at a time when the former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of APC had said Tinubu needs to align with other stakeholders from other zones to stand a chance of clinching the party’s presidential ticket.

Tinubu moved billions of looted funds with 2 bullion vans and seemingly went Scot free because the hypocritical President wants to reward him for supporting him to power in 2015.

For the last 22 years, Tinubu has held Lagos State on a chokehold, subjectively on a looting spree, tactfully cornering all the choice properties, apparently sponsoring arsonists in most of the markets in Lagos State and subsequently usurping same and solely decides who takes over every political office in Lagos State.

I advise Tinubu not to overstretch his luck, his inordinate ambition will ultimately lead to the massive mobilisation of Nigerians in a protest more effective than the EndSars protests until the government and the courts will give an order freezing every properties and money he has looted over the years.

Tinubu and his 2 bullion vans. What an unrepentant and insensitive looter.

Let Nigerians Reward him na for supporting the worst government Nigeria has ever had , Nigerians should at least give him the presidency for supporting ruga, if fact there should not an election. So sad that leadership has become what politicians get as present for achieving one evil thing or the other, the clown came and open his Magot infested mouth suggesting something like dat, may the flees from thousand camels attack his anus and balls, what a heartless goon!!
