The Okigbos, Ben and Theresa and their two sons
Police in Houston Texas at the weekend provided fresh insight into the death of Nigerian couple, Dr Benjamin Okigbo and his wife, Theresa who was a nurse.
The police said there was no shooting incident: Benjamin strangled his wife.
Police said on Saturday that their investigation revealed that Benjamin Okigbo strangled Theresa Okigbo to death.

He then attempted to kill both of his 21-year-old sons by strangling them before he eventually killed himself by hanging.
Both of the sons survived the attack with injuries that are not life-threatening, according to a new report.
On Friday morning, a daughter, who doesn’t live at the home, went there after she became concerned. She wasn’t injured.
Someone in the house called 9-1-1 Friday morning around 10 a.m. from the home in the 1500 block of Brookstone Lane.
When officers arrived, they found the couple’s bodies inside. They were both in their 50s.
The tragic couple had lived in the Greatwood home for about 20 years.
A neighbour said she spoke to the wife a few days ago and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
The investigation remains ongoing.

These deaths are remotely linked to Buhari’s CLUELESSNESS and the high exchange rate of USA dollar against naira.
The deceased wife took a huge amount of money and shipped some goods to Nigeria against her husband’s warning and advice.
At the end of the business, she couldn’t buy half of the dollar amount she invested in the business due to the incessant increase in exchange rate of the dollar against Buhari’s naira.
That’s what led to the altercation and the subsequent strangulation.
If Buhari’s government have not destroyed the economy, perhaps if things were as it was when the deceased sent the goods to Nigeria there wouldn’t have been any quarrel talk more of deaths.
With Buhari in power, Nigerians and it’s businesses are suffering and have come to a dead end.
What a situation. I take a stroll. Nonsense.
What a satanic attack? Either he was sick mentally or African witches discovered their hideout lately and there was no God’s covering.
Strange things are happening in this end time. May the Lord keep us from evil?
What would have prompted the man to commit such heinous crime? Or he discovered that the children he had laboured to raise are not actually his.
