Big Brother Naija Lockdown reality star, dancer, fitness and personal trainer Praise Nelson, has penned a message on his social media page.

The 28-year-old Enugu state native, was a winner at the K-Pop World Festival, South Korea 2015 and won third place at a national Dance Competition in 2010.

In his post, he shared a picture and said: “Appreciate the little wins in your life, being thankful will attract bigger wins♠️

Praise has a cute son named Jamie with fiancée Wunmi Omoniwa. He is also a certified Latin ballroom expert.
