By Taiwo Okanlawon
President Muhammadu Buhari has celebrated veteran journalist, lawyer, civil rights activist, politician, and administrator, Abdul Shaibu Oroh, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, August 15, 2020.
Shaibu Oroh was a former Edo State commissioner and also served in the House of Representatives between 2003 and 2007.
Buhari in a statement issued by Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, described Shaibu Oroh as a public servant who uses his multi-skills to touch lives and emancipate society, noting that such public spiritedness would never go unrewarded.
On the joyful occasion, the President joined Shaibu Oroh’s family and friends to thank God for good health, sound mind, and continued service to God and humanity.
President Buhari also enjoins the former Edo State commissioner to further deploy his multi-skills to touch lives and urged him to sustain his passion for the country, as Nigeria is destined to take her place in the comity of nations.
