Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu loses father

Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu, has lost his father, Nuhu Paloma, to an undisclosed illness.

Nuhu Paloma was a former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state in Gombe State.

Fellow Kannywood stars, Adam Zango and Maryam Booth, took to Instagram to send condolence messages to the Last Flight to Abuja star.

“May his soul rest in peace,” Adam wrote.

While Maryam prayed to God to forgive the sins of the deceased.

Nuhu Paloma was a Balanga local government of Gombe State. He is survived by his wife, Fatima Karderam and his sons Ali Nuhu and Kabiru Poloma

Ali Nuhu started acting in Kannywood in 1999.

In the course of his career, he has acted in Nollywood films becoming the first northern actor to appear in more than 150 Nollywood movies.

He has acted beside actors like Jim Iyke, Ramsey Noah, RMD, Ini Edo, Genevieve Nnaji and a host of theirs; appearing in movies like Sitanda, Last Flight to Abuja, Blood and Henna.

He has also appeared in more that 1000 Hausa movies making him the most consistent Kannywood film actor.
