The U.S based Nigerian philanthropist and Filmmaker, Faith Ojo, has penned emotional note to men.

Faith Ojo’s note was in reaction to the murder of Tina Ezekwe and Vera Omozuwa.

17-year-old Tina was killed in Lagos, last week Tuesday, by a trigger-happy policeman.

The police officer shot the unarmed teenager in an attempt to arrest a bus diver who violated curfew in the state.

However, 22-year-old Miss Vera Uwaila Omozuwa was gang-raped and clubbed to death by unidentified persons.

The incident took place on the night of Wednesday last week, inside the Ikpoba Hill branch of Redeemed Christian Church of God(RCCG) in Benin, Edo state.

Taking to social media, Faith Ojo stated that women now live in fear.

Read her words below;

It is sad !! Women now have to live in fear, fear of being a woman, fear of being comfortable in a dress, fear of walking freely In our streets, fear of living with Men with no sexual control. Fear of men given guns and given control. Should we be scared of being a woman? Shame on you if you have ever taken advantage of a woman! Shame on you if you have ever gone overboard with the power given to you. It’s supposed to be a new month with a new start but how do we start knowing killers live freely? How do we start knowing we have the wrong people in power with no concern for lives and property. God help us 🙏 #justiceforuwa💔😭 #justicefortina
