Reno Omokri: the most useless word

By Reno Omokri

The most useless word in the English dictionary is NICE.

What is NICE? An ambiguous word that makes you want to please people and displease yourself.

NICENESS is no virtue. NICE people come last!

No one MARRIES, VOTES for, INVESTS in or PROMOTES a NICE guy.

More than education, more than connection, more than luck, clarity of purpose is what you need to be successful.

And you can’t have clarity if you are nice.

There are 9 fruits of the Spirit and none of them is niceness.

Let me give an example. It is nice to be handsome, but it’s more profitable to be successful.

The attractiveness of money does not depend on its looks, but on the value it has. The Zimbabwean dollar is beautiful but useless.

Have value and you will be attractive

  1. GEJ who was sorrounded by scavengers would have done better if you had told this truth to him. May be may be not

  2. Thank you Reno for enlightening our compatriots who are always thinking of making themselves appear to be NICE! More often than not, these sort of people often end up wretched. And this brings us to that golden question: Do you prefer others to love or fear you?

    • You are right. To be nice is rather a wasted quality. It’s adds nothing but inspires regrets.
