Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Mr Yakubu Danladi, on Friday scored Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq very high as he clocked one year in office.
Danladi described the governor’s performance as purposeful and unprecedented in the history of Kwara.
In a statement signed by his media aide, Mr Sheriff Ibrahim, on AbdulRasaq’s one year in office, the speaker said the governor rejuvenated public infrastructure across sectors of the economy in the state.
Danladi added that Abdulrazaq shifted the paradigm of governance from personalisation to institutionalisation and from politicisation to de-politicisation.
“The Governor changed governance in the state from extravagance to prudence,” he said.
“On behalf of the lawmakers and staff of the Kwara Assembly, I congratulate the governor for his productive one year in office,” he said.
