Paris Saint-Germain have being named French champions even though the league can’t be completed.
This came into effect after the football season in France was declared over following a league vote on Thursday.
PSG topped the Ligue 1 table by 12 points from Marseille when the season was suspended in mid-March because of the coronavirus outbreak.
Lorient, top of Ligue 2 when football came to a halt in March, have been promoted as champions.
Lens were also promoted to Ligue 1 while Toulouse and Amiens were relegated.
Marseille and Rennes join PSG in securing Champions League qualification.
The league’s announcement comes after French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe said on Tuesday that “professional sports leagues, notably football, cannot restart” because of the risks linked to the pandemic.
