It is no laughing time in Lagos as the deadly Coronavirus keeps surging, with the state surpassing 200 infection rate.

This is more than half the Coronavirus cases in Nigeria, put at 362, according to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

On Tuesday, the NCDC confirmed 14 new Coronavirus cases in Lagos, taking its toll to 203.

While the State can boast of having discharged Coronavirus survival on daily basis in the last one week, the state is receiving fresh cases in large number, making a mockery of its discharge so far.
