Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed said he has tested negative to coronavirus, amid fears that he was exposed to a person who later tested positive.
Mohammed gave news of his status at a press conference in Abuja today. He also revealed that all members of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 have all taken the test.

Two other ministers tested negative for the virus.
They are the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning and Clement Agba, Minister of State, Budget and National Planning.
Ahmed broke the news on her twitter account: “I am grateful for negative #Covid19 test results & appreciate your concerns & prayers.
“I urge all of us to practice social distancing, wash our hands & use sanitizers as frequently as possible to help put an end to this global pandemic. Please support by following guidelines.”
The Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning, on its twitter handle gave a complete picture of their two helmsmen, Ahmed and Agba.
