
NCDC confirms 5 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria.

Five new cases of Coronavirus (COVID19) have been confirmed in Nigeria.
This was confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control around 9:40 am on Monday.
NCDC stated that the new cases include two in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), two in Lagos state and one in Edo state.
Two of the cases were also confirmed to be returning travellers from the United Kingdom.
However, this brings the cases of coronavirus in Nigeria to 35 and two have been discharged.
The latest development also means Lagos now has 24, FCT – 6, Ogun- 2, Ekiti- 1, Oyo- 1, Edo- 1.
