Juventus star, Blaise Matuidi, has become the latest in line to join a growing, worrying list of footballers with coronavirus cases.
BBC reported that the France World Cup winner’s club, Juvemtus, said that Matuidi has been in voluntary isolation since 11 March and is ‘well and asymptomatic’.
Matuidi, 32, becomes the second Old Lady player to be confirmed to have the virus following defender Daniele Rugani last week.
All domestic sporting activities in Italy have been suspended until at least 3 April.
