Violence on Monday broke out at the Ogun State All Progressives Congress, APC, rally, held at the MKO Abiola International Stadium, Abeokuta.

The Presidential rally of the APC for the re-election of President Mohammadu Buhari turned to a battle ground for the party as Allied People’s Movement, APM, supporters clashed with party faithful at the rally.

The rally had all the party faithful from across the state and also APM supporters because of their adoption of the president as their presidential candidate.

Meanwhile, all APM supporters, who are also Amosun’s supporters did not want to see anything touch of ‘Yellow’ which is Prince Dapo Abiodun’s logo, the Ogun APC governorship candidate.
