Buhari arrives Kogi
Our Reporter
A video showing President Muhammadu Buhari slumping during the presidential campaign rally in Lokoja, Kogi State today has gone viral with many commentators raising concerns as regards the president’s fitness for the 2019 political campaigns.
Many supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have seized the opportunity of the slip to call on the president to abandon his quest for a second term.
In a tweet posted by Reno Omokri, former aide of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, he stated:
”MUST WATCH: President@MBuhari collapsing today in Lokoja. WATCH and SHARE Not that I am happy. I pity the man. He belongs in a retirement home, not in the Presidency. This man is not healthy. Those who love him should tell him to #ReturnToDaura.”

No wonder, the sad state of affairs continue in Nigeria. Reading the comments from some of your readers saddened me. Many of the commentators have no idea about politics, leadership or governance. Only those who could make the most absurd statements seems to get the attention of many Nigerians. These political parties and their leaders care more about their own personal glory and pockets than the plight of ordinary Nigerians. Some think this is about ethnicity and religion. What happens to the interests of young Nigerians with or without good basic education, healthcare, means of transportation or where their next meal is going to come from. The roads are bad, the cities are becoming slums in most parts; many super rich politicians are going around the country telling many unsuspecting citizens how much they know how to make money and would make their problems go away. Opinion leaders who get rich by being spokespersons for these men go out selling their voices on the airwaves or on the pages of newspapers of the modern media. Sadly for most Nigerians, the misery and suffering continue. A blessed country and people, being lead and governed by power/money hungry and egotistical old men. What a shame!
What is the difference between APC n PDP cos I can’t see any difference instead what am seeing is more crooked structures of lies
He is too old and frail. He needs to go and rest.
FASTING AND THANKSGIVING TO ALMIGHTY GOD FOR ENTHRONEMENT OF JMPP’S VICTORIOUS GODVERNMENT
We are already in the second day of the second phase of FASTING with THANKSGIVING for the next ten days (out of a total of 40 days which began on 7th January) for God Almighty’s faithfulness towards Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP) from the beginning till date. He has never stopped leading us with diverse Signs and Wonders, showing us the end from the beginning and these, no one should deny.
We are to call Him by His name that is, address Him by His proper title; ascribe to Him the attributes which properly belong to Him; or, address him in a proper manner. Make known His deeds among Nigerians – what he has done to rescue our great nation NIGERIA from self destruction; adapting her as His own nation and her people as His own people in remembrance of His covenant with Abraham. The allusion is to His acts of bringing down His presence in the house of a Muslim to Apostle Sunday C. Chukwu Eguzolugoin 2010 in Kaoje, Kebbi State, establishing His divine JMPP’s government that shall rest upon our shoulders, and leading the nation on the pathway to her glorious destiny of becoming the most peaceful, harmonious, united, prosperous and most habitable nation on earth within the next 36 years by the hands of His annointed servants, President in waiting, Apostle Sunday C. Chukwu Eguzolugo and Imam Aliyu Salihu as Vice President. The exhortation is, that the knowledge of these deeds should be diffused and magnified among us, our family members and nationwide.
One of the ways of doing this is by remembering the chronology and celebrating His acts in our devotions. One of the most effective modes of keeping up the knowledge of what Almighty God has done in our party and the nation is by songs of praise in worshipping Him.
The Almighty has given our nation the deadly covenant of Twelve (12) Pillars of Oath of integrity that kills if violated towards building a new purged, purified, refined, strong, united and trustable leadership accros the entire nation NIGERIA. Violation or intent to violate this covenant may lead to the judgement of death and eternal condemnation, but that’s the only solution to ALL the problems bedeviling the nation NIGERIA and the end of the whole matter.
The journey to our “NEW HEAVEN, NEW EARTH AND A NEW NATION” is already set. Justice must prevail in Nigeria and that’s the only way we shall be successful to enjoy the dividend of the land which Almighty God has given us to reign over in DOMINION. As already declared at the realms of the supernatural where we operate, in the forthcoming General Elections, JMPP is not just the conquering party of WINNERS; we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS. Therefore celebrate Him more and more and more and leave the battle to Him. CONGRATULATIONS!

Your party has not been registered. Please beware!
I foresee Obasanjo-Yar adua repeat episode. Northern Nigeria should as a matter of urgency commence negotiations with Niger Republic in compliance with Okar coup of 1991/2 ???
This man is human being for God’s sake! What is in a slip by the way! Just missing the step and…..! Na wa ooooooo!
The wailers
The man knows that he is not strong enough for the rigorous campaign that’s why he sub-let the business to Tinubu but latter found out that the plan could not fly. Tinubu himself is managing to carry himself around.
IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYBODY TO FALL EVEN A 18 YEARS OLD BOY CAN FALL NOTING BAD IN THAT
Those who said Buhari is dead and said It is Jubril of Sudan ruling us They are the same people again. Let us ask them if our president is Buhari or Jibril.. If President Buhari had slumped in Lokoja how will he be at the Town hall meeting of last night along his vice in person of Prof .Osinbajo.Many of these critics are arm chair critics. They need to watch the Lokoja campaign rally themselves to.get the facts .They are confuse sets of people.
BUHARI till 2023!!!
Fake news.. most of u who wish him death will go.before him. Even.usman bolt can slip his foot. Is that slumping???pdp can.never return.
Don’t mind them. They’ll all eat their words come February 16th!!!
Please, let this man return to Daura instead of dying.
Slumped or tripped? Let us be objective and reasonable.
He’s simply weak and old. He needs rest, period. Didn’t others walk on the same path?
When is buhari going to die during the presidential campaign . They will not fall nor hold himself. He could not see through his sun shade. Can he take off and still can see or is it medically needed. If Buhari dies today, what next?
With Buhari’s frailty, ALL those spurring him on to re contest in 2019 elections have no love for him nor for Nigeria and Nigerians.
By extension, Buhari himself is so consumed by the euphoria that greeted his victory in 2015 to assume that he is the best thing to happen to Nigeria after the GSM and WiFi.
As Buhari slumped, so have the economy, security and welfare of Nigerians. Yet some people want him to continue so that Nigerians would keep submerging in the trenches of deprivation and starvation.
What an insensitive ruler. What a mindless political supporters and gangsters. What a lifeless regime. What a needless Change. What a HUGE Mistake. Nonsense.
The president of Algeria is bed ridden still the economy of Algeria is one of the best on the continent.
Frailty of a president is not a setback as long as he gets his priority right.
I don’t know where you have been living in the past sixteen years of PDP government.
Either you have no knowledge of how an economy works or you are a loser from the dethronement of PDP.
Let me ask you some questions; Do you really think too much money in circulation (Inflation) pumped in by corruption politicians is the best economic strategy? Do you think the government stopped production of foods in Nigeria? Do you know allowing importation of food stuffs could collapse the economy? The government is trying to make the country food sufficient and it is not going to be a snap of the finger.
People like you just want to eat, and don’t bother about what happens to the stability of the economy both on the short and long run.
For people like you the best person to rule Nigeria could be Ibori.
What is the difference in corruption between the APC government and the then PDP government.
APC is worse because it shields its own corrupt top party members.
………And yet those who are supposed to enjoy the internal industrialization promotion and self reliance because of government policy, banned on importation are hatched and killed in their farms and their local houses.
