Everyone Earns Salary- Ali Baba

Veteran comedian Ali Baba who is fond of throwing out words of wisdom to society through his social media platform is at it again.

The comic act talks about why people earn different salaries even though they work in the same organisation and do the same job.

Ali Baba also mentions categorically that everyone earns salary whether self employed or a paid job.

We all earn what we call salaries. You may work for yourself, but you must still earn something. Some earn more than others for the same work, in the same organisation. Just like footballers in a club. Yet they all still work as a team to actualize the objectives of the company. Some may even be less qualified and as talented but earn more. Many differences in salaries can be attributed to qualification, years of experience, expertise, importance of role in the organisation, the office occupied, risks employee is exposed to, years of training, commercial value of your skills, man know man, political affiliation… etc. Whatever you get is what you get. But in the end Wa Wa alright. However, the salaries received have core things that eat it up. Things like Rent, feeding, transportation, tax, pensions, insurance, health and self grooming (clothes, shoes, toiletries). Any other thing is an add on… So what consumes your salaries?
