The management of Carnation Registrars Limited, formally Mainstreet Bank Registrars Limited, has promised to provide innovative, efficient and excellence service to all its clients.

The Registrars’ management stated this on Tuesday, during official unavailing of the firm’s new name, brand and logo, held at the Anthony, Lagos office of the company.

Speaking to the media on the new name, brand and logo, the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Oluwadare Akingbola said: “We are going to deliver excellence services to the shareholders such that we will serve like ‘one shop registrar company’, whereby with the reliable technology so that shareholders does not need to come to our office before they pay their dividends.

“We want to operate like what enjoy in the banking sector nowadays. Carnation Registrars is being saddled with improvement in our services, all our clients and shareholders does not need to meet us physically before they can trade their uncleared dividends or dividends. We shall make this possible with the kind of technology that we have on ground”.

Akingbola also said with the new innovation, his company was introducing into registrar business, the problems associated with dividend clearing has become a thing of the past.

“No more problems of people not getting their dividends paid or cleared with the introduction of our highly technology driven, which we intend to initiate very soon”, Akingbola stated.

Mr. Sulaiman Adedotun, the company’s chairman said; “the key things here is innovation. If you understand registrar business. There are issues of regulations. If you’re not prepare strategically in the next few days one will be out of business.

“For every Registrars have to stand up and think of new innovation they want to bring on board, this is very important. Who are the target? Where the client? What the the prospect of Registrar business is? What is happening to their life? How do you create experience for those people so that you will continue to be in business, this is very important.

“Today, the need to be passionate about what prospects are doing cannot be over emphasized. So, one need to know the market place and know what is happening their. Registrar need to have key focus so as to know how to render services for our clients,” he said.

Adedokun assured his company would give their respectively clients of prompt services, innovative products and convenience.

“We at Carnation Registrars, we are going to be innovative. We need to key into customers’ experience to ensure that we provide what they need, which include prompt services, innovative products and convenience”.
