The Ogun State chapter of the Accord Party has disclosed that it is not interested in going after any past government of the state to probe them for any embezzlement of the state fund because it would be too busy with the welfare of the people order not to waste time going to court.

The governorship aspirant of the party in the state, Sir Tope Tokoya who made the disclosure in Abeokuta said if elected, the party would surely confirm and audit the account of the state but it did not believe in going from court to court to probe any past governor.

Tokoya who was a former Chairman of Odogbolu Local Government Area of the state, said he was offering himself for the total emancipation of the state citizens.

“With God all things are possible; winning the Ogun State 2019 governorship election is our goal. It is possible. It is achievable”.

He said he was offering himself to vie for the governorship seat of the state because of his passion for the people, his desire to touch lives and make a difference and to see smiles on the faces of the people.

“I offer myself for service, I offer myself for the total emancipation of Ogun State. I offer myself to provide real change in Ogun State. I offer myself to give the dividends of democracy to Ogun State people.
