Noma Osula, a Nigerian Photographer just got his works published in an International Magazine called Vice, in their annual photo issue in collaboration with Broadly.
The magazine featured the Nigerian photographer’s works which is currently on display at the ‘Gbam! Unearthing and Reclaiming a New Becoming’ photography exhibition, hosted by The Wheatbaker, Lagos.
The photography exhibition, ‘Gbam! Unearthing and Reclaiming a New Becoming’, co-curated by A White Space Creative Agency (AWCA) & SMO Contemporary presents evocative photographs by seasoned visual artists including Daniel Obasi, Kadara Enyeansi, Kola Oshalusi, Lex Ash, Noma Osula (represented by A White Space Creative Agency- AWCA) and Ola Ebiti who are avant-garde fashion photographers exploring the theme ‘Who we are and Who we aspire to become’ as we explore our collective GBAM!
These bold, new-generation photographers sift through our rich fashion, culture, traditions, narratives and symbols to challenge our aesthetic identity as we project a renewed understanding of perfection from a millennial standpoint.
The photography exhibition opened to the public on the 9th of June 2018 for viewing and purchase of all 25 artworks. The exhibition is currently open for viewing and purchase of art works. It runs till the 14th of September, 2018.
