Easter: Nasarawa CJ approves 10-day break for judges

The Chief Judge (CJ) of Nasarawa State, Justice Umaru Dikko has approved a 10-day break for judges in the state for the Easter break.

Mr Enoch Maku, the Public Relations’ Officer (PRO) of the state High Court stated this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Lafia.

Maku said that the break which is slated for between March 30 and April 9, would affect judges of superior courts and those of lower courts in the state.

He said however that the judges are expected to attend to urgent matters in their respective courts during the break.

“The CJ therefore wishes all the judges and the entire Christian community in the country a happy Easter celebration,’’ Maku said.
