Cristiano Ronaldo scores his first hat-trick this season in La Liga as Real Madrid pounce hapless Real Sociedad 5-2.
Vazquez opened scoring for Madrid in the first minute of the game, while Ronaldo added the second goal to make it 2-0 for the host on 27 minutes.
Toni Kroos scored in the 34th minute to make it 3-0 for Madrid as they prepare to face PSG in next Wednesday’s Champions League.
Ronaldo got his second goal on 37 minutes to give Madrid 4-0 lead to end the first half.
Real Sociedad came stronger in the second half as they reduce the tally to 4-1 after Bautista scored a consolation in the 74th minute.
Ronaldo quickly made it 5-1 for Madrid and a hat-trick for himself as he scored on 80th minute.
A poor Madrid defence gave Real Sociedad their second goal in the 83rd minute to make it 5-2.
