Liverpool have ended Manchester City’s unbeaten run in the English Premier League, winning 4-3 at Anfield in a sensational game.

City have gone 22 games unbeaten in the premier league, but a determined Liverpool ended that reign at Anfield with a brilliant performance.

Oxlade-Chamberlain opened scoring for Liverpool in the 9th minute of the game, but City equalised before the break, with Leroy Sane’s 40th minute goal.

Liverpool came smoking in the second half and led 2-1 on 59 minutes through Roberto Firmimo.

Sadio Mane made it 3-1 for Liverpool on 61st minute.

Seconds after Nicolas Otamendi lost the ball and Sadio Mane curled against the post, Mo Salah beats Otamendi to the ball again and plays in Mane. It’s on his left foot, edge of the area, and he smashes home into the top corner.

Ilkay Gundogan plays a one two and gets into the area, his shot is charged down by Joel Matip but it runs into the path of Bernardo Silva, who sweeps home.

There was tension at Anfield as City scored on 91st minute to make it 4-3.

Great play from Sergio Aguero to cross a left-footed ball to the back post, Gundogan kills it on his chest and then stabs it home from close range.

City piled the pressure, but it was too late as Liverpool held on to win and do what other team could not do, but City still lead with 15 points at the top.
