Cristiano Ronaldo struck a free-kick to deliver the Club World Cup title to Real Madrid on Saturday in the United Arab Emirate after defeating Gremio 1-o in the final match.

After a goalless first half, Ronaldo struck in thee 53rd minute of the game to give Madrid a well deserved victory.

It’s absolute trademark Cristiano Ronaldo as he wins a free-kick about five yards outside the Gremio box, picks himself up and he curls the ball into the back of the net with the keeper unable to get to it.

On 59th minute, Ronaldo struck again, but it was disallowed.

Real Madrid was in control of the game all through as it garnered 63 percent ball possession and 20 shots with seven on target, while Gremio had no single shot on target.

The win give Madrid a third Club World Cup in four years.
