Manchester United emerged Europa League champions after defeating Ajax 2-0 in Stockholm, Germany and qualified automatically for the Champions League group stage.
In front of 50,000 spectators who filled the Friend Arena Stadium, United produced a good display to defeat a younger Ajax side.
Paul Pogba opened the scoring for United when his shot was deflected into the net in the 18th minute of the game to give United the lead.
Just 48th minute into the second half, Henrik Mkhitaryan scored a brilliant second goal for United to seal the game.
With the victory, United have now qualified for the Champions League football next season.
United placed 6th the English Premier League which barred them from Champions league.
Jose Mourinho had put all his hope of qualifying for the Champions League on winning the Europa League cup, which he has done.
