Pictures Update: NLC, TUC march in Lagos, demand good governance

Workers under the aegies of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) this morning took to the streets of Lagos to protest bad government policies.

Meanwhile, labour leaders met acting president Yemi Osinbajo in Abuja to register their grievances.

Among those who met with the Acting President were Mr. Tunde Aremu, deputy NLC president; Ayuba Wabba, NLC president; and Baba Gaigama, TUC president and representatives of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs).

Notable government officials at the interaction included Ibe Kachukwu, Minister of Petroleum; Chris Ngige, Minister of Labour and Employment.
