On Wednesday, 1 October, Nollywood comedy star actors, Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme (Aki & Paw Paw) alongside Charles Inojie will be hosts of this year’s O’jez Independence Celebrity Nite to mark Nigeria’s 54th Independence anniversary.
The trio are expected to anchor the mega show featuring music, dance, drama as well as stand-up comedy that will hold at the open air section of the celebrity hangout inside the National Stadium premises, Lagos.
The show will also feature fast-rising comedians such as Elder O, Elenu and MC Shakara among others.
Physically challenged dancer, Crazy Legs, will also be on call alongside Exotic Dancers group.
O’jez Band featuring Colours and Tony Okri; Rotimi, leader of the Alpha Band and young upcoming acts like Zee Boy and Zee Girl among many others will showcase their acts.
“This is our own way of celebrating Nigeria as this country has come of age,” said Chief Joseph Odobeatu, MD/CEO, O’jez.
Odobeatu said the free show is a way of saying “thank you to his loyal customers that patronize the chain of restaurants.
He assured guests of “an unforgettable evening”.
