LISBON(AFP) – Portugal’s most decorated club Benfica added further silverware to their overladen trophy cabinet on Sunday in the shape of a 33rd league title.

The Lisbon giant’s 2-0 win over Olhanense moved them up to an uncatchable 73 points with two games of the season remaining.

Their city rivals Sporting, who beat Belenenses 1-0 on Saturday, are destined for the runners-up spot on 66 points.
