Tell us about yourself…

I was born in Lagos (Agege) on 12 June, 1980.

How do you feel sharing the glorious date?

I feel happy because it made my birthday more memorable, and me more popular

Your academic background?

I attended Salvation Army Primary School, had my secondary education at Oniwaya High School, Agege and later obtained National Diploma, ND in Business Administration from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.

When did you venture into music?

I started music in the church as a chorister during my secondary school days. After my school certificate examination, I joined Christ Ambassador gospel band led by Seyi Lewis, now popularly known as Alapanla. I later moved to Abeokuta to further my education; that compelled me to shuttle between Lagos and Abeokuta whenever the band had engagements. It was at this period that I started my own band in Abeokuta and that was how I disengaged from Alapanla’s band. We were getting several invites to perform at public functions in Abeokuta, Lagos and environs.

Have you waxed any album?

Yes, I have released an album titled “Se Kan Si” which literality means Di It Again or Do One More, depending on how you wish to translate it (laughs). It was released in 2011 and it is making waves.
