On Wednesday, 26 November, newlyweds Tiwa Savage and Tunji ‘TeeBillz’ Balogun made their first appearance as a couple at the premiere of Shuga, a MTV Base Drama series, held at the Silverbird Galleria in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The couple, who were a delight to watch strolled on to the black carpet reception preceding the screening of the drama, and clearly seem to be enjoying all the attention of the exciting evening.
Beaming amid hugs with scores of friends and colleagues, Tiwa and hubby thanked all during the premiere.
“Wish I could press replay…best day ever…Thank You all sooooo much,” Tiwa had on Monday posted on her Instagram page to appreciate all her fans and well-wishers.
In a brief chat with P.M.NEWS Entertainment Cafe after the premiere, TeeBlliz said he’s grateful for all the love he and his wife had been receiving.
Tiwa who plays the role of Shade, a club owner, in the third season of the award winning drama series, and hubby joined a host of other celebrities like Basketmouth, Banky W, Bovi, Alex Ekubo, OC Ukeje, Uru Eke, Damilola Adegbite, Toolz and others to witness the premiere of the first Shuga season ever shot in Nigeria.
Also at the premiere were other members of the cast including Chris Attoh, Leonora Okine, Emmanuel Ikubese, Okezie Morro, Dorcas Fapson, Sharon Ezeamaka, Olumide Oworu and others.
