Leaders of the APC today in Abuja, the Nigerian capital, defied a denial of police permit to protest the 16 November election in Anambra State.

The election, which INEC officials themselves agreed, was marred by irregularities, was declared inconclusive with a supplementary poll planned for Saturday 30 November.

The APC wants the election cancelled.
