They all came from different parts of Nigeria. Some came from Port Harcourt and Kaduna, others from Abuja, Benin and Ekiti. They all had one mission: to meet their favourite rapper in person, Ice Prince.
The fans got to hang out with the multiple award-winning rapper at the Chocolate City office in Lekki, Lagos, having been chosen by Chocolate City following a twitter competition. And many of them admitted that the fun day was a ‘dream come true’.
“This is part of Chocolate City’s plans to bring our artistes closer to the people that love them,” said Aibee Abidoye, General Manager, Chocolate City.
Ice Prince himself was so pleased that he took one of the fans, a 19-year old orphan, home.
PMNEWS Showbiz Trends learnt that the rap star developed a special interest in the boy after he discovered that the boy had about every picture he had ever taken.
“This boy reminds me of myself,” said the rapper who also is an orphan. It was the young boy’s first time in Lagos and Ice Prince expressed his happiness to show him round the city.
