As 15 February release date of Banky W’s third album, R&BW, inches closer, the singer has released the track list of the new work and surprisingly, his protégé, Wizkid’s name and contribution is missing from the entire work.

The album artwork, first unveiled on Banky W’s Instagram page on 7 February, features all EME acts —Skales, Niyola, Rotimi and Shaydee— except Wizkid. The R&BW album, which consists of 15 tracks, also sees Banky W collaborating with other stars including 2Face Idibia, M.I, eLDee, Vector, Lynxx, Sammy, Ghana’s Sarkodie, South Africa’s L-Tido and Kenya pop group, Camp Mulla.

Meanwhile, Banky W in a recent interview with Silverbird TV insisted that Wizkid is still an act on EME. He revealed that the record label is currently re-reviewing the contract Wizkid signed with EME and they are in the “middle” of the negotiation.

“Wizkid is going international and as a result we have to re-negotiate the contract he signed. He has his own idea of how he wants to do things and he has plans for himself too. He is still with us, there is no problem as things will be sorted out soon,” Banky W said.
