The Engager Drops 'Mommy' Video

Fast rising singer, The Engager, has released the new video of his latest single, Mommy, a tribute to mothers all over the world.

The new video, already enjoying rotation on many television channels, was directed by Gini, who directed the late rapper DaGrin’s Pon Pon Pon.

“Mommy is a feel good song that will definitely touch people’s hearts because it celebrates all mothers,” said Funke Kuti, ex-wife of Afrobeat star, Femi Kuti and CEO, FK Management, who manages the young artiste’s career.

Born Afolabi Tiwatope Ogunleye, The Engager started singing at the age of 12 and was also in the school choir back in his secondary school days.

He had his secondary school education at Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta, Ogun State, and later Covenant University where he obtained a BSc in Business Administration in 2007.

He later moved to the United Kingdom where he bagged a MSc in International Business at the University of Birmingham in 2011.

He dropped his first set of singles Engage You and Hunny Bunny early this year.  It was followed with the video for Engage You directed by Samklef. His other latest single is Arawa Ni Ft. Yemi Alade.

“His vibrant aura and charisma are some of the many reasons his friends and fans call him ‘The Engager’ keeping his audience’s completely engaged while performing,” said Kuti.
