British trained Damilola Afolabi, a new entrant into the Nigerian big league of music industry and popularly known as L.A.X has just released a new hit single entitled Jaye for the listening pleasure of music lovers across the country and beyond.
The rapper, producer and recording artist, who started his music career like a child’s play from his days at Turkish International College, Lagos, has chosen to burn all the bridges to pursue what he believes in against all odds. He is now looking forward to follow his dream in the fast growing industry.
L.A.X, who said his foray into music was accidental, has done several collaborations with many popular artistes before he waxed the hot single, Jaye with Ice Prince which is currently enjoying massive airplay on Nigeria’s major radio stations.
According to him, “I never knew I could go this far in music until I discovered the burning talent in me and hopefully I’m on the road to stardom.”
Having done several singles, Damilola is planning to release his full album after his graduation next April from Salford University, Manchester, United Kingdom, where is currently studying Human Resources Management.
L.A.X is under a record label called M2 Records.
