Dana Crash: Group Sympathises With Nigeria

The Three Wheelers Beneficiaries and Operations Association of Nigeria, TWBOAN, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, has described Sunday’s plane crash at Iju-Ishaga, Lagos as a national calamity.

In a condolence message jointly signed by the chairman of the association, Comrade Moses Buhari, the Vice Chairman, Alhaji Dauda Ganiyu and the Secretary, Alhaji Hakeem Abdullahi, the association expressed its heartfelt sympathy with the relatives of the departed souls.

The group lamented that the national disaster came at a time Nigerians were still savouring the celebration of 13 years of uninterrupted democratic governance in the country, trying to work out how best it could be consolidated.

The Three Wheelers’ Association also empathised with the families of dead residents of the house into which the Dana Air plane crashed, praying that God, in His infinite mercy, should avert such tragedies in future.

The chairman, Comrade Buhari, also commended the Lagos State government for its quick response to the situation through its different emergency agencies and appealed to the Federal Government to commence immediate investigation into the accident.

He appealed to all airlines operating in the country to always ensure that their aircraft are always in perfect condition before being allowed to fly.
