Normalcy may soon return to the embattled board of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, as the bill to recognise the football body has passed through the second reading in the lower arm of the National Assembly, Abuja.

The Chairman, House Committee On Sports, Hon. Godfrey Gaiya, who spoke to P.M.Sports said that the legislators want to put an end to the lingering crisis rocking football in the country, hence their determination to see that the bill is passed into law.

“We are putting our records straight now. It will minimise all the distractions bedeviling our football development.” Gaiya said.
