Since she survived a near ghastly auto accident penultimate week, Nollywood actress Chika Ike has not stopped thanking God and humanity.
On 13 December, the actress, in company of friends and family, including her mum, visited the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos to contribute her widow’s mite to less privileged patients in the hospital. She stormed the hospital with wheelchairs and crutches.
The actress, warmly welcomed by the management of the hospital, said during the presentation of the materials that she made the donations to the hospital because of what God has done in her life.
“This is just a tip of the iceberg and I hope to do more soon,†she said.
The actress, who was overwhelmed and thankful to all that sent her good will messages after the accident, also cleared the surgical bills of three children at the children’s ward. She promised to make the visit an annual event.
