The trio of Genevieve Nnaji, D’Banj and Asa lead the list of superstars nominated for the second edition of FAB Night Out, an annual fashion awards show put together by FAB magazine, one of Nigeria’s leading international fashion journal.
The award night, scheduled to hold at the Landmark Events Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos on 11 December, will attract other stars from the music, movie and fashion industry.
The long list of nominees was earlier unveiled at an event held on 22 October, 2011 at The Marquee in Lagos. Nollywood acts Kate Henshaw, Monalisa Chinda, Rita Dominic, Genevieve Nnaji, Jim Iyke, Ramsey Nouah, Nse Ikpe Etim, Mike Ezuruonye, Majid Michael are on the Most Stylish Actor and Actresses list.
The music industry is not left out as D’Banj, Naeto C, Goldie, Muna, Bez, Tiwa Savage, Darey, Asa, Sasha and Lynxx are up for the Most Stylish Artiste title, while the fashion world will have in contention the list of Deola Sagoe, Mai Atafo, Uti Nwachukwu, Dimeji Alara and Bolaji Animashaun.
This year’s list of nominees accommodates some radio and Television On-Air Personalities like Toolz, Tosyn Bucknor,, Yvonne Ekwerre, Yaw, Wanna, Efe Tommy, Eku Edewor, Frank Edoho and Adams Ibrahim.
Well known for showcasing exclusive designs from Africa’s latest fabric collections, FAB Night Out will also have spectacular displays from designers drawn from across Africa, as well as performances from some of the continent’s finest artistes.
