The United States multiple Grammy Award winner, Kanye West, made a surprise appearance at the much-hyped D’banj and Mo’Hits’ Koko Concert held on Monday night at the HMV Apollo, London, United Kingdom.

According to a source at the well-attended concert, the crowd went wild as Kanye, the hiphop star, joined the Mo’Hits crew on stage.

Just fresh from the MTV Video Music Awards, where he had performed with Jay Z, another hiphop mogul, Kanye, who was not on the bill of artistes to perform, flew into London and surprised the London crowd with a four-minute momentous performance, backed up by the entire Mo’Hits stars.

Kanye performed his new hit Turn Up The Light, a song he did with another American sensation, Rihanna, with D’banj spicing the song with his Harmonica.

Kanye before his performance, announced to the crowd to join him in welcoming D’banj into the G.O.O.D. Music family.

“I don’t know if y’all heard or not, but D’banj is a new artist on G.O.O.D. Music,” Kanye announced as he took his chain off and handed it to D’banj, who bowed and hugged him.

The following day, the appreciative Nigerian stars with his friend and producer Don Jazzy, went on twitter to send their words of gratitude to Kanye for honouring them with his presence.
