Following the indignant attitude of the Music Advertisement Association of Nigeria (MAAN) towards the members of Association of Juju Musicians of Nigeria(AJUMN) and their works, Oluwajoba Ojatunwase, AJUMN’s Lagos State governor and leader of Apple Spinners band, recently led a delegation to the leadership of MAAN to resolve the issue.

P.M. Entertainment learnt that the feud was caused by non patronage of the works AJUMN members by MAAN, especially live recording by MAAN, except King Sunny Ade’s and Dr. Ebenezer Obey’s as well as those of fuji musicians alone.

While reacting to the allegations, the Lagos State governor of MAAN, Prince Tayo Oyinlola, complained that AJUMN had never obliged to assist his union whenever the need arose except KSA, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey and fuji artistes, whose marketers and promoters are always supportive.
