Still basking in the euphoria of the success recorded by his last movie, Sunday Dagboru, rave of the moment, Odunlade Adekola, is set to hit the shelves with another chart buster entitled Monday Omo Adugbo.

The flick, which is also directed by the most sought-after Yoruba actor, will be released next Monday.

Monday Omo Adugbo, which will be marketed by Gemini Films, parades other thespians like Kelvin Ikeduba, Antar Laniyan, Peju Omobolanle, Fausat Balogun, Ronke Obisanya, Segun Ogungbe and the late Ahmed Durojaiye, also known as Alasari.

Directed by the Abeokuta-based Odunlade himself, Monday Omo Adugbo has been tipped by pundits who watched its preview to surpass the record created by Sunday Dagboru.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Films, Chief Olufemi Odunuga, “it is an established fact that Sunday Dagboru is the most popular film by Odunlade so far, but I can authoritatively tell you that Monday Omo Adugbo will surpass that record. A couple of critics have watched it and they have tipped it to top the charts for several months.”
