Vice Chancellor of the Igbinedion University, Edo State, Professor Emmanuel E. Osaghae, Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Adeyemi Ikuforiji, former Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget in Lagos State, Mr. Ben Akabueze, Majority Leader LSHA, Mr. Taiwo Kolawole, are expected at the Lagos State University Master of Public Administration, MPA, maiden lecture series/award 2011.
A statement by the MPA Programme Coordinator, Dr. Friday F. Nchuchuwe and President of Public Administration Students’ Association, Mr. Gbenga Ogunleye, revealed that Osaghae would deliver the lead paper on the topic: Autocratic Leadership and the Birth of a Revolution: A Case Study of Libya. The event will hold on Saturday June 4, 2011 at the MBA auditorium of the institution by 9 a.m.
The Acting Vice Chancellor of the Lagos State University, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, who will be the Chief Host, is expected to deliver a keynote address. Also the Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, Dr. Banji Fajonyomi; Dean Postgraduate School, Prof. Babajide Elemo and Director, LASU External Services, Dr. C. O. Ibironke, will make special remarks during the lecture
