From 2011, other editions of the reality show, the Next Movie Stars (NMS), will hit the international market, P.M.Entertainment can reveal.

Investigations revealed that NMS, which has been holding in Nigeria with other African countries participating, will now hold in Nigeria, Malawi, Ghana and East Africa before going to other countries.

The CEO, Digital Interactive Media and the executive producer of NMS, Sola Fajobi, confirmed the segmentation of the reality show, saying “after seeing that the show is going places, we decided to hold the Nigerian edition separately, while NMS West Africa will be hosted in Gambia. This will cover Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Gambia.”

Fajobi said that NMS South Africa will be hosted in Malawi and this will have housemates from Malawi, South African, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe participating, while that of East Africa will be hosted in Kenya and attended by those in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Solar as Fajobi is popularly called, stated further that the NMS is now an international property and there is the need to be entrenched in other countries of Africa before going international.

Presently, he said that the winner of 2010/2011 edition, Precious Ilami, is on location for the shooting of D8, one of the projects of NMS.
