A 48-year old woman and her daughter have been arrested by the police in Abule Egba, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria for allegedly inflicting injury on a co-tenant, Sakariyau Abiose.
Mrs. Enyereibe and her daughter, Blessing, were said to have injured the complainant, a co-tenant at 22, Mohammmed Abawonle Street, Abule Egba, on the head.
Trouble started when the complainant approached Mrs. Enyereibe to resolve the problem between his wife and her daughter which led to fighting while she was away.
Investigation revealed that the complainant was reporting the matter to her when her daughter, Blessing came out and hit him on the head with a broken bottle.
The complainant also told the police that the woman bit her and that he lost two Nokia phones and N25,000 given to him by his father.
The complainant, P.M.NEWS gathered was rushed to a private hospital in the area while the accused were released by the police, pending the conclusion of investigation.
