Human Heads Found In NURTW Secretary’s House

Policemen in Oyo State, South West Nigeria, have found arms and human skulls in the home of Azeez Ejeoto alias Wura, the Secretary of the illegal Auxiliary of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), loyal to Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala.

The Policemen found the arms and human heads in one of the rooms of his house situated at Bank Area of Olodo in Ibadan when they stormed the house to arrest him in connection with post election violence rocking Ibadan, capital of Oyo State.

The policemen met one of his aides, Rasaq Afolabi, his wife, Azizat and a male child.

Because the suspect was not around at the time , the police arrested the wife and his aide.

The secretary was alleged to be behind the recent attacks at various areas of Ibadan including Oke-Paadi, Iwo Road, and some motor parks in reprisal attacks on those that were alleged to have worked against the re-election of the outgoing Governor Alao-Akala.

Narrating how the policemen found the human heads, the wife of the secretary said:

“When they came, they started harassing me and saying all sort of things to me. They said that I have hid my husband and I told them that I did not do such. Besides, I did not know that they were coming so there is no reason to hide him. They searched everywhere in the house and they could not find him. Then they asked me to open one of our rooms and I told them that I had never entered the room since we moved into that house and that my husband had instructed me not to enter the room because that is his prayer room. I told them that it was even wrong for a woman doing menstruation to enter the room according to my husband. I even removed the pad in my private part to convince them that I am menstruating and they said that is the reason why I have to enter the room. They broke the room and forced me to enter”, she said.

She said she herself was surprised at what she saw in the room, stressing that she does not even know what her husband might have done to her spiritually.

However, P.M.NEWS gathered that the woman and her son have been released on health ground.

Found in the room were different charms which include the one human parts were used to prepare. A human head was found in a calabash with black soap covering it. Guns, cutlasses, knives, small coffins and animal heads were also found there.
