Eleven Strikers Football Club of Ijesha will have their hands full when they confront Stanley Global Football Club of Ejigbo in one of the quarter final games of the Lagos State Challenge Cup.

The explosive encounter will hold at the FIFA Legacy Astro turf, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

The match promises to be explosive as both teams have equal chances to progress to the semi final. Eleven Strikers struggled to defeat Ajalli FC 12-11 via penalty shootout after a goal apiece in regulation time. In the round of 16 match played last week, Stanley Global walloped Kelly FC 3-1 to book a place in the quarter final.

Both teams have already concluded their preparation and are talking tough ahead of tomorrow’s encounter.

When GSG visited the camp of Stanley Global at Jakande Estate, Oke Afa, the players are in high spirits and boasted that they are ready to confront their opponents tomorrow.

Madueme told GSG that his team are ready to give their opponents a run for their money and promised to clinch the semi final ticket.
