If what happened at the 50th birthday anniversary of Prince Tayo Adeolokun a.k.a. Tasman at the Grandeur Event Centre last Sunday is anything to go by, then the age-long war between top fuji musicians, Wasiu Ayinde and Abass Akande Obesere, may have finally been settled.

Obesere

The duo demonstrated a spirit of comradeship as K-1 acknowledged the presence of Obesere who later moved to the stage to greet him and they both performed on the same stage.

Also, the Afro Juju music creator, Sir Sina Peters, Lanre Teriba a.k.a. Atorise, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma and Sule Alao Malaika put up wonderful performances at the event which was attended by celebrities including Chief Dayo Adeneye a.k.a. D1, Kenny Ogungbe, Sarolaj Music boss, Tunji Sarunmi; Dele Abiodun, Emperor Pick Peters, Champion Kunle Opio, Alhaji Kunle Halidu, Esther Igbekele, Mayor Akinpelu, publisher, Global Excellence magazine, Kunle Adeyemi, Kunle Adedeji and Bosun Adebayo, among others.
