One of the most sought-after Ghanaian actors, Van Vicker, has starred in another block-buster movie entitled The Land.

Other role interpreters that are featured in the flick shot in Houston, Texas and other parts of the United Kingdom, include Roselyn Bertland, Perez Egbi, Melissia Langellur, Bill Ross and Daniel Philips, among others.

Produced from the stable of Insurmountable Filmworks headed by Dolphina Chikanele Amunike, the film, according to the producer, has an outstanding storyline and parades some of the best hands in movie production. The film is co-directed by UK-based Don Okolo and Chris Ulasi.

It is about some devil worshippers who buy a piece of land in 1949 and build their worship shrine on it. They later lost the land due to the fact that they could not pay the mortgage. A group of Christian brothers later buys the land on auction and decided to build a church on it.

When the devil sights this development, he comes back in human form and decides to join the Christian worshippers with the aim of re-claiming his ‘possession’ from them.

NollywoodReel gathered that the movie, which will be premered on 6 May at the Silverbird Galleria, Victoria Island, Lagos, can be described as the battle between good and evil.
