The New Afrika Shrine, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos, will come alive tomorrow music stars and their counterparts in the comedy sector perform at an event tagged Naija Grooves.
The all-night gig will parade entertainers like Konga, Azeezat, Zule Zoo, Alincology, Ijodee and Slim Joe of Oti Yan Yan fame.
Others include Squard One, Enjel, Long John and Chizzy, to mention a few.
According to the host, Ijeoma Dora-Daniels, the show is designed for people to let off steam, particularly as the country is warming up for another general elections next month.
“Everybody knows that Nigeria is a stressful country, so in a bid to keep body and soul together, a humorous event of this magnitude is inevitable. We are staging this event as a platform for Nigerians to relax frayed nerves and also educate them at the same time,†Ijeoma said.
P.M. Entertainment gathered that the gig has received the nod of many organisations including Silverbird, Power Horse and Roids & Associates that also doubles as a partner with Dora-Daniels Media in staging the show.
